Kevin and his company, N-Motion, really did a superb job refinishing my marble top table, which had really yellowed and looked awful. I spent a lot of money on this table and didn’t want to get rid of it. When Kevin arrived, he was right on time! He brought up his equipment and began working. He was very conscientious about ensuring everything stayed clean while working. I was very impressed. Once I saw the finished product, I was very pleased and surprised! He used a new product that has many guarantees of remaining white for years to come. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, which you register with the company that produces the top coat product, which is baked on. I recommend Kevin and his company to those who want things done right and in a timely manner and looks great! Note, when I first saw the marble over 27 years ago, it did not look good: dull, scratches, no shine. It has looked that way ever since, until yesterday. 'N-Motion Stone & Tile Restoration' came yesterday and did a fantastic job. The floor looks new and shiny. Marble can be so beautiful and now our marble floor finally is. Great job at a good price. We have honed carrera marble countertops in our newly renovated kitchen. We sealed them multiple times, but they were still “etching” really badly and staining constantly. The stone company where we bought the countertops recommended Kevin. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He sanded and sealed the countertops for us, and they look and feel amazing. They are also not etching anymore. Kevin sealed off the kitchen to minimize dust, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere when they left. We’re also planning to use him to clean and seal an interior brick floor. Kevin is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We recently hired N-Motion Stone & Tile Restoration to restore our marble floors and backsplash which had become dull and etched over 15 years of hard use. First, let me say I don't write reviews, I usually read them to help pick who I will hire. But I had to make an exception in this case. Kevin did an excellent job! I am a very picky person and when he finished I had absolutely no complaints. He brought our marble floors back to life. They look so brand new— they’re glossy and sparkling. He also gave helpful tips on how to maintain the marble going forward. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality stone restoration. Kevin did an outstanding job restoring my master bathroom marble floor which was 29 years old. It has never been polished and therefore, it was very dull. We bought a home to restore and my goodness it needed so much more than we ever thought! We have interviewed so so many different tradesman as we’re managing the project ourselves. We typically get 3-4 quotes from each. When we met Kevin he was number 2 or 3 for our marble restoration. He spent a great deal of time with us and answered all of our questions. We instantly felt comfortable with him. But of course we did our due diligence and interviewed another. Kevin was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. We could not be happier that we hired him!!! The entire home had marble/ stone on every surface! 6 bathrooms, 5 fireplaces, kitchen backsplash, kitchen island , sunroom ,laundryroom … seriously every where! In the kitchen there was a thick double beveled calacatta gold marble, that was badly stained and etched and all the shine was gone. The marble back splash was dirty and flat looking. When he was finished with the large center island I could see my reflection in it! . He added a 10 year guaranteed coating. WOW! We also had a limestone range surround that was thickly coated with grease. Every contractor was skeptical about the limestone coming clean… Not kevin! There was also a filthy vent hood that went to the ceiling, that we could just not get cleaned our selves.(heavens we tried!) Without being asked Kevin took it on! Kevin cleaned all the grease off the limestone beautifully and the thick grease and dust off the vent hood above it. We were all delighted to find that the vent hood was copper , which of course Kevin made look beautiful! Keven did our foyer that was white marble with a black granite surround and inserts. It came out incredibly well! it sparkles! He also shined and fixed cracks in marble FP mantels, and honed and cleaned the travertine in three room. He helped with some design ideas, and was very careful not to damage all the wood floors that were just refinished. He was meticulous about his work and always left an immaculate work space. He was always on time, knowledge, hardworking, just an absolute pleasure to work with. I know when I tell him a workman etched the powder room vanity top with some sort of a container, he’ll be right on it. I was talking about changing out the sinks, he said “Naa don’t waste your money, when we’re through with them they will look great. Unfortunately he’ll have to come back as we had to remove all the faucets lol … We very much appreciated Kevin’s professional advise, he never pushed us to buy something we didn’t need. Sorry about the lengthy review, but we are delighted to highly recommend N-motion Kevin and his team . If you need ANY kind of stone work Kevin is your guy!Load more
